Comments do not reflect the views and opinions of zen,its agents and/or affiliates. Comments reflect the views and opinions of the person who posts their views and opinions. We reserve the right to request that you remove all links or any particular link to our Website. You approve to immediately remove all links to our Website upon request. Removal of links from our website

If you find any link on our Website that is offensive for any reason, you are free to contact and inform us any moment. We will consider requests to remove links but we are not obligated to or so or to respond to you directly.

As long as the website and the information and services on the website are provided free of charge, we will not be liable for any loss or damage of any nature.

ACCOMMODATION BOOKING – TERMS & CONDITIONS – effective 1 July 2018.

Please read carefully. When you make a reservation with us, these conditions are deemed to have been accepted by all guests that stay at the property.

ZEN LUXURY RETREATS (ZEN)

Your booking is with Zen Luxury Retreats (ZEN), comprising for all future reference – Zen Homes acting on behalf of the property owner/s.

Guests are granted full access to occupy the property for the term of the booking; this is not a Residential Tenancy Agreement under the Residential Tenancy Legislation. Failure to comply with these terms and conditions may result in a termination to occupy the property.

The full details are provided in the attachment. You agree that you have read this and agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions as outlined in the Direct Booking Policy

SUMMARY

– The property shall not be used by more than the number of guests listed on your booking, either to visit or to stay, without prior approval.

– All guests should abide by ZEN’ good neighbour policy and shall ensure quiet time from 11pm to 7am.

– Pets are not permitted anywhere inside the property.

– Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the property.

– No commercial activity is to take place at the property.

– Tents, caravans and other structures are not to be erected or occupied at the property.

– This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

– Cancellation Policy – booking fees, extras and linen hire charges are non-refundable. Deposits are only refundable when the property can be rebooked (pro rata if applicable).

– Cancellations within 30 days are non-refundable.

-The responsible renter must be at least 18 years of age, guests under 18 are of course welcome but must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

– The price of the booking is subject to change, if there is a change in price you will be notified and offered the opportunity to pay the increased tariff or get a full refund. If you encounter an issue please contact us immediately so that we can attempt to fix it. We will not offer any compensation unless we have been afforded the opportunity to solve a problem.

– A service fee applies to all credit card and Paypal method payments.
