We have just had a week in this amazing waterfront penthouse apartment. It is the perfect location for a visit to Darwin, so much is within walking distance & the view over the harbour was perfect. Plenty of space for the Family to spread out too. Nothing was too much trouble for the hosts & communication was very prompt. I Would definitely recommend this apartment.

Our family could not fault Zen at one30 apartment, great location with a stunning ocean view.Everything was as perfect as it seemed online!The apartment was clean, modern, had everything we needed to feel at home, and was an easy walk (or scooter ride) to all the sites we wanted to see. Also close to two big supermarkets and a few steps to dozens of restaurants and cafes.We would highly recommend this wonderful apartmentWe had a great stay!Thanks Benji, we will definitely be in touch for future holidays 👍
We loved our little home-away-from-home! Ideal location, very secure and a more than comfortable space. The hosts communication was second to none, very speedy and polite, and extremely accommodating (including reaching out after we'd checked in to see if we needed anything - very rare but extremely welcomed). I would be upset if I came back to Darwin and couldn't stay here again. I look forward to recommending this apartment to friends/family should they be needing somewhere to stay in Darwin.

I had a great experience at Zen Luxury Apartments in Darwin. The location in heart of Darwin making it easy to explore the city and waterfront precinct on foot.The apartment is furnished beautifully and very comfortable will all the amenities required.The downstairs gym & pool are well maintained.Communication with Benji & the staff was friendly and they were always ready to assist. Highly recommended..
Great stay here. The process was simple and the room was clean, well presented and in a great location. Great Ocean view and the esplanade provided the opportunity to stroll, exercise and historical information. Close to the city for shopping, dinning and pub sessions(if that interests you).
Stayed at one of the properties for a month. The property was great, but what set the experience aside was how accommodating Zen was.An example would be that when I asked if they had a desk, within 24 hours a staff member arrived with one and he had just built it from scratch for me.Communication was always great too, proactive and responsive.
We stayed in a Zen Luxury Retreats apartment in Darwin for two weeks, returning home on 24 July. We were very happy with our apartment, firstly because it was centrally located, but also because we found it clean and comfortable, with all the extras that make a holiday apartment more like home, such as a washing machine, a big clothes horse, an ironing board and iron and a dishwasher. The apartment was clean and comfortable, and it was lovely to have a balcony with an outdoor setting where we could eat our meals if we wanted to. It was also good to be able to contact management whenever we had a query. I would recommend Zen Luxury Retreats to anyone who is planning to visit Darwin.L & R, Melbourne

Very nice apartment great view and with everything you need for a holiday. Shops and restaurants are available as you walk out the door. Really enjoyed staying here.Ben the manager is very helpful and very nice man and you will not regret staying at Zen Luxury Retreats.
The apartment is stunning and very welcoming and has everything you need however, the balcony furniture detracts from the beautiful ambience. The chairs were duck taped and I fell through and the clothes airer was rusty and sort of held together with cable ties 🥲. For a $200 investment it could have been perfect but overall great location, beautiful views, lovely pool and a great play to stay
I highly recommend this as a great location to stay in Darwin. The Botanic Gardens were literally on the doorstep and the unit was comfortable and well appointed for a self serviced stay, including laundry facilities and pool access. The price was very reasonable, and we would certainly consider staying there again in the future. Many thanks to Benji for good communication ahead of the stay as well.
Wow, the view as we entered our apartment, to the amazing sunrises and sunsets certainly added to the ambiance. As a large family the size and amenities catered to all our needs comfortably. When seeking a short stay accommodation my production crew and I look for 5 specific parameters.(1) The price value to quality of residence;(2) Location;(3) Truth in images and realness in description;(4) Respect and honor from the Host;(5) and Communication and Genuine Hospitality.I am ecstatic to say that Benji and his Zen Luxury Team of staff not only ticked each of these 5 things, they went above and beyond in ensuring that we are well looked after and comfortable. Their prompt responses even on the late hours of the night sky was outstanding. The nicety of Benji asking to touch base with as we had a 1:40am check-in as the plane lands in Darwin rather late, was superfluous. Nonetheless he really did care about our safety and was prompt in attendance. It made my crew and I feel so welcomed we honestly felt like we had know Benji for a lifetime.To add to this, his team were so friendly and supportive and the price that Benji’s company charges is near perfect. It is affordable and you get what you pay for.I have travelled the world extensively and Benji and Zen Luxury Properties is one of the best stays and service I have come by. I highly recommend booking with Benji as he and his team are truly one of a kind on this industry.We frankly had a Zen - like - experience. The apartment was clean, with modern comfortable furniture, awesome location close to restaurants, cafes and pubs and loved sitting on the balcony watching the magnificent sunsets.Benji and the team were super responsive to enquires and checked in with us to make sure everything was okay. The outdoor chairs were broken and there was a new outdoor setting delivered the next day.Without hesitation I would recommend this apartment to all my family and friends who were visiting Darwin.

Recently had a 12 day stay in Darwin, love love love! The apartment was amazing, great location and everything you needed for a great stay. Nothing was too much trouble for Benji and Aruni, they went to great lengths to make our stay fantastic! Quality crockery, glassware, linen etc - definitely 6 stars 🌟 . The pool area was clean & well maintained as were the other public areas. Cannot fault and cannot wait to return. Thanks Benji & Aruni 😊
This property is amazing!! The host (Benji) was great to deal with, the location is unbeatable wether travelling, with friends, or family....you just can not beat this location. Amazing views, and being surrounded with restaurants and bars. Plus all the great activities to do with the family. We will definitely stay at this property again on our next visit.
